Guardian4D Appoints Public Safety Technology Veteran Paul Case as Chief Executive Officer
Industry leader with more than 17 years of experience to drive commercialization of Incident Storyboard and Bridge911 platforms
MINNEAPOLIS, July 8, 2026 – Guardian4D, a public safety software company dedicated to solving complex challenges facing law enforcement and public safety agencies, today announced the appointment of Paul Case as Chief Executive Officer.

Case brings more than 17 years of public safety technology experience to the role and will lead Guardian4D’s mission to bring its product suite to market, with an immediate focus on its flagship platforms, Incident Storyboard and Bridge911.
“Paul’s experience and passion for public safety make him the ideal leader to bring Guardian4D’s vision to agencies across the country,” said Jeffrey Gottstein, Founder of Guardian4D. “We built these platforms because we saw a real need, and Paul has spent his entire career inside that need. We couldn’t be more excited to have him at the helm.”
Case spent his career at the intersection of law enforcement operations and technology innovation, most recently serving in Vice President of Client Success and General Manager roles for one of the largest providers of public sector software in the United States.
Based in Royal Oak, Michigan, Case built an extensive network across the public safety ecosystem and is widely regarded for his ability to translate complex technology into operational value for agencies of all sizes.
“After 17 years working within and alongside public safety agencies, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges officers and agencies face in managing, presenting, and communicating critical incident information,” said Case. “Guardian4D has built something genuinely transformative: tools that strengthen trust, accountability, and transparency between agencies and the communities they serve. I’m honored to lead this company and help bring these tools to the agencies and communities that need them most.”
Incident Storyboard is Guardian4D’s patented media management and visualization platform that consolidates video, audio, images, and documents from disparate sources into a single chronological timeline. Its auto-transcription engine converts spoken words into searchable text, dramatically reducing review time across large media sets. Agencies can organize, analyze, and present incident media for after-action reviews, training, courtroom presentations, and public transparency efforts, all without dedicated video production staff.
Bridge911 addresses today’s most pressing public safety challenges. Its officer validation feature confirms an officer’s credentials and identity in real time, giving citizens immediate, verifiable assurance during police interactions, while its integrated video conferencing capability allows officers and citizens to connect face to face remotely. The platform’s proactive public alerting gives agencies a direct, reliable channel to notify communities about significant incidents and events.
